Comfortable beds and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. My room had some cleanliness issues and poorly working outlets. The golf course nearby was a nice touch for leisure. The airport shuttle was efficient and ran frequently.

The free airport shuttle was super helpful, and the driver was friendly and assisted with our bags. Housekeeping was excellent and kept our room clean every day.

The hotel is conveniently just a short distance from LAX, making it an excellent choice for travelers like me who appreciate easy access to the airport, and I found the free shuttle service incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth arrival even late at night; I also enjoyed clear, comfortable accommodations that came complete with a great breakfast buffet and friendly staff who truly went out of their way to enhance our experience. However, the surrounding area could use a bit more charm, as it has a slightly rough feel, so it might not be ideal for long-term stays.

Great option for an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle service is reliable, and the staff is friendly. the room’s cleanliness left much to be desired. Peeling wallpaper and visible water damage indicate a lack of upkeep. The noise from adjoining rooms is disruptive. The area outside is less than appealing, with a visible homeless population. Communication about the shuttle could be clearer. The initial check-in experience was frustrating, lacking professionalism. For the price, I expected better. Comfortable bed, decent food on-site, but this place requires significant improvements to meet expectations.

The bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well. The room was clean, and the AC worked perfectly, providing a comfortable temperature. I experienced a bad smell upon arrival that required a room change. The second room had maintenance issues: the shower tub was clogged, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom's mold and moisture were concerning, too. The desk area was functional, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. Noise was minimal, which contributed to overall comfort. Despite the issues, the location was convenient and accessible.

The shuttle driver was a highlight, going out of his way to pick me up after hours. Unfortunately, the room told a different story. I felt misled when the front desk didn’t mention the early morning protestors. Cleanliness was hit or miss, but the A/C was refreshingly cold. The staff could use some warmth, especially since my room wasn't ready at check-in. With all the noise from other guests, it felt more like a bustling dorm than a relaxing stay. Not sure I'll return.

I had the worst stay! We booked a room with two beds but got shoved into a cramped handicapped room with just one. The bathroom was a hassle, and the staff acted like it was our fault. Total nightmare!

Venice Beach with its vibrant mix of attractions, Santa Monica's beautiful coastlines, and The Getty Center's iconic art made me feel like a celebrity. Taste LA restaurant in the hotel was a pleasant surprise.
Waiting for the shuttle was a thrilling experience, felt like waiting for a unicorn to appear.

I chose Holiday Inn for its proximity to the Flight Path Learning Center & Museum. The LA metro’s transportation options made exploring the city so easy. The free meal for kids was a great bonus.

So, we stayed at Holiday Inn recently and there were some ups and downs during our short layover. Let's start on a positive note - the location was great, and having a shuttle to the airport was a big help for us. The continuous shuttle service to LAX was super convenient and the driver was excellent. On the flip side, we did encounter a few issues. The check-in procedure definitely needs improving. Due to the shuttle schedule, there were delays and it took ages to get our room key. It would have been great if they had more staff available during peak check-in times. In terms of the room, it was decent, but we did notice some nail cuttings on the window sill which wasn't the most pleasant discovery. the bathroom felt quite old and in need of some maintenance - the shower didn't close properly and the sink tap needed attention. One thing that really bothered us was the incident with the housekeeping staff when we needed to retrieve our forgotten items from the room after checkout. It was a hassle having to go down to the lobby to get a key, especially when the staff already knew we had stayed there.

We had a fantastic time exploring the full-sensory attractions like Revenge of the Mummy-The Ride and the exciting World Famous Studio Tour nearby. The live concerts and award shows in Hollywood were breathtaking, making our family trip truly unforgettable.
My wife says that a children's play area would be a great addition for families with kids.

My friends and I had a total blast hitting up the jaw, dropping rides at the theme parks in LA! We screamed our heads off on Revenge of the Mummy and got soaked on Jurrasic Park , such adrenaline rush, dude!
Wish they had a happening nightclub or rooftop party spot at the hotel for us late, night party animals to keep the fun going! .

holiday inn was a good choice for my late-night arrival at lax. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. the helpful staff and frequent shuttle service made my stay convenient. clarence, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure we had the right room and even carried the mini-fridge for us. the comfortable bed and minimal noise despite the airport proximity ensured a good night's sleep.

Close to the airport with convenient 24/7 shuttles. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced. Free shuttle was a plus. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

the holiday inn was clean and so close to the airport that i could reset the internet while waiting for my morning flight. the staff gave me great local insights, and the service from jay at the front desk was outstanding.
